2. Services

Commercial Pallet provides pallet buying, selling, recycling, repair, transportation, and custom manufacturing services. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website or by our sales team are estimates and subject to change based on final inspection of materials, quantity verification, and current market conditions. Quotes are valid for 7 business days unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or establishment of approved credit terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only. While we strive to meet all scheduled deliveries, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control including weather, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

6. Product Quality

All pallets are sold according to their designated grade (A, B, or C). Grade descriptions are guidelines and minor variations may occur. Claims regarding product quality must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Buyback Program

Buyback pricing is determined at the time of pickup based on actual pallet condition and quantity. Final payment may differ from initial estimates if actual conditions vary from the description provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

Commercial Pallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products or services in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Commercial Pallet and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
