How We Process

Every product goes through rigorous processing to ensure quality and safety.

01

Sorting

End-of-life pallets are inspected and separated by wood type. Chemically treated, painted, or contaminated wood is excluded from all consumer products.

02

Metal Removal

Industrial magnets extract every nail, staple, and fastener. Multiple passes ensure 99.9% metal removal for safe, clean output.

03

Grinding & Sizing

Horizontal grinders process wood to precise particle sizes. Mulch, shavings, chips, and fine particles are separated by screen size.

04

Quality Testing

Moisture content, particle size, and contamination levels are tested on every batch. Mulch is color-tested for consistency. Bedding is dust-analyzed.

By purchasing recycled wood products, you directly contribute to these outcomes.
