Grade A

Minimal wear, no broken boards, clean appearance. Used 1-2 times. Ideal for retail, food, and pharmaceutical applications.

How We Source & Prepare Used Pallets

A rigorous process that ensures every pallet meets our quality standards.

Collection

We collect used pallets from warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturers, and retailers across our 150-mile direct service area and nationwide via carrier partners.

Inspection

Each pallet is individually assessed by trained inspectors who check structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, contamination, pest activity, and moisture levels.

Repair & Treatment

Pallets that need it receive board replacements, stringer repairs, and re-nailing. ISPM 15 heat treatment is applied to pallets destined for food or export use.

Grading & Inventory

Finished pallets are sorted by grade (A/B/C), size, and treatment status, then stored in our organized yard for rapid order fulfillment.

Which Grade Is Right for You?

Racking Systems

Grade A Only

Structural integrity is critical for elevated storage. Bottom deck boards must be flawless to support loads on rack beams.

Automated Conveyors

Grade A

Automated systems require tight dimensional tolerances and consistent weight. Grade A recycled pallets meet automation specs at 40-50% less than new.

Standard Domestic Shipping

Grade B

The sweet spot for cost and performance. Grade B pallets handle standard shipping loads reliably at the best price point.

Export / International

Grade A or B + ISPM 15

Must be heat treated and stamped regardless of grade. Grade A recommended for high-value cargo, Grade B for general export.

One-Way / Disposable

Grade C

Maximum savings when pallets will not return. Heavy-duty enough for a single trip, priced for disposal economics.

Retail / Customer-Facing

Grade A

Clean appearance matters for retail environments. Grade A recycled pallets are visually indistinguishable from new.
