Buying Pallets

What is the minimum order quantity?
We do not have a strict minimum order. However, for the most cost-effective pricing and delivery, we recommend orders of 50 pallets or more. Smaller quantities are available but may incur a small order surcharge.
How quickly can you deliver?
Most standard pallet orders ship within 24-48 hours from one of our distribution points. Custom orders typically take 5-7 business days. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Do you offer samples?
Yes! We are happy to send sample pallets for your evaluation. This is especially recommended for first-time customers or when considering a switch from your current supplier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, and company checks. Net-30 terms are available for qualifying businesses with approved credit applications.
Can I mix grades in a single order?
Absolutely. Many customers use a blended strategy — Grade A for racking and critical applications, Grade B for general shipping, and Grade C for one-way trips. We will help you determine the optimal mix for your operation.
Do you offer recurring supply contracts?
Yes. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly standing orders with locked-in pricing. Recurring customers receive priority fulfillment, dedicated account management, and volume-based discounts of 10-20%.
What sizes do you carry in stock?
We maintain a rolling inventory of 40,000-60,000 pallets. Standard 48x40 GMA pallets are always in stock across all grades. We also stock 42x42, 48x48, 48x42, 40x40, and 48x45 sizes. Non-standard and custom sizes are available on a made-to-order basis.

Selling Pallets

What types of pallets do you buy?
We buy all types and grades of wooden pallets, from pristine Grade A pallets to broken scrap pallets. We also accept non-standard sizes and specialty pallets. If it is made of wood and was once a pallet, we will buy it.
How much will I get for my pallets?
Pricing depends on the grade, size, quantity, and your location. Grade A 48x40 pallets typically command $4-7 each, Grade B $2-4, and Grade C $0.50-2. Fill out our buyback form for a free, no-obligation quote within 24 hours.
Do you handle the pickup?
Absolutely. Our trucks handle all loading and transportation. There is zero effort required from your team beyond making the pallets accessible. We schedule pickups at your convenience, including early morning and weekend slots.
How quickly do I get paid?
Payment is processed within the same week of pickup. You can choose check, ACH transfer, or credit toward future pallet purchases.
What is the minimum quantity for a buyback pickup?
We recommend a minimum of 50 pallets per pickup to make the logistics cost-effective. For smaller quantities, we can arrange less frequent pickups on a scheduled accumulation basis.
Can I increase my buyback price?
Yes. Pre-sorting pallets by grade before pickup typically increases your per-pallet price by 25-40%. We can provide sorting training for your dock staff — it takes about 15 minutes to learn and adds only seconds per pallet.

Recycling & Sustainability

What happens to pallets that cannot be repaired?
Nothing goes to waste. Non-repairable pallets are dismantled. Good boards become repair stock. Remaining wood is processed into mulch, animal bedding, biomass fuel, or compost material. Metal fasteners are recycled separately.
Do you provide sustainability reporting?
Yes. We provide detailed annual environmental impact reports showing pallets recycled, waste diverted from landfill, trees saved, and CO₂ emissions prevented. This data integrates directly into GRI, SASB, and CDP reporting frameworks.
Are your recycled pallets safe for food products?
Our Grade A recycled pallets meet food industry standards. For food-contact applications, we offer ISPM 15 heat-treated pallets that meet FDA FSMA, SQF, BRC, and AIB requirements. Each pallet is individually inspected for mold, contamination, and structural integrity.
What is your waste diversion rate?
We achieve a 98% waste diversion rate. Only 2% of materials — primarily contaminated wood that cannot be safely recycled — ends up in a permitted disposal facility. The remaining 98% is repaired, recycled into components, or repurposed into mulch, bedding, or fuel.
How do recycled pallets compare to new pallets environmentally?
A recycled pallet produces approximately 5.8 kg of CO₂ equivalent versus 26.5 kg for a new hardwood pallet — a reduction of nearly 80%. Over the lifecycle of a typical supply chain, switching to recycled pallets can reduce packaging-related emissions by 30-50%.
Do you offer a zero-waste-to-landfill program?
Yes. Our comprehensive pallet management program can achieve zero waste to landfill for your pallet operations. We collect, sort, repair, and recycle every pallet, providing auditable documentation that no pallet waste reaches a landfill.

Shipping & Compliance

Are your pallets ISPM 15 compliant?
Yes. We operate a USDA-approved heat treatment facility and can provide ISPM 15 stamped pallets for international shipping. Both new and recycled pallets are available with HT treatment. We provide compliance certificates and chain-of-custody documentation on request.
Where do you deliver?
We service all 48 continental US states through our logistics network of 18 owned trucks and nationwide partner carriers. Our direct delivery radius is 150 miles from our facility, with long-haul service available to any US address.
Do you offer carbon-neutral shipping?
Yes. We calculate the carbon footprint of every delivery and purchase verified carbon offsets to neutralize emissions. Your sustainability report will include the offset details, methodology, and third-party verification.
Can you ship pallets internationally?
We do not ship pallets internationally directly, but we manufacture and provide ISPM 15 compliant pallets for companies that need them for their own export shipments. All export pallets include the required HT stamp and documentation.
What certifications do you hold?
We are ISPM 15 certified by the USDA, a member of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association (NWPCA), zero-waste certified with 98%+ diversion, and hold FSC Chain of Custody certification for sustainably sourced lumber.

Pallet Repair & Custom Work

What types of damage can you repair?
We repair broken deck boards, cracked or split stringers, missing boards, loose nails, and damaged lead boards. If a pallet has at least 60% of its original structural integrity, it is typically repairable at 40-60% of the cost of a new pallet.
Do you offer on-site repair services?
Yes. For large operations generating 500+ damaged pallets per week, we can station a repair crew at your facility. This eliminates transportation costs and provides same-day turnaround on repairs.
Can you build custom pallets from scratch?
Absolutely. We manufacture custom pallets in any dimension, from any wood species, with any construction method (stringer, block, or skid). Our engineering team works from your product specifications to design an optimal pallet. Prototypes in 5-7 business days.
Do you build non-pallet wood products?
Yes. We also manufacture crates, skids, boxes, dunnage, and other industrial wood packaging. If it is made of wood and used in shipping or storage, we can build it to your specifications.
