Our Journey

Two Decades of Sustainable Growth

2005

Founded in Houston

Raymond Whitaker started with a single truck and a vision to reduce pallet waste in the greater Houston area. After 12 years in freight logistics, he saw thousands of usable pallets being discarded and knew there had to be a better way.

2008

First Recycling Facility

Opened our first dedicated pallet recycling and repair facility, capable of processing 500 pallets per day. This marked our transition from a collection service to a full-cycle pallet company.

2012

Regional Expansion

Expanded operations across Texas and into neighboring states. Launched our buyback program, helping businesses turn their pallet waste into revenue.

2016

National Reach

Grew our transportation network to cover the continental US. Introduced our carbon-offset shipping program, making every delivery environmentally responsible.

2019

Zero-Waste Certification

Achieved zero-waste processing certification. Every piece of wood that enters our facility is either repaired, recycled, or repurposed — nothing goes to landfill.

2023

50,000 Pallets Monthly

Reached the milestone of processing over 50,000 pallets per month. Launched our Eco Impact Calculator to help customers quantify their environmental contribution.
